Client Service Agreement

This agreement governs the services provided by Immigrationservice.com LLC.

Scope of Services

Immigrationservice.com provides immigration preparation and administrative support services that may include:

• immigration form preparation
  • document organization
  • case intake coordination
  • process guidance and administrative support

These services do not constitute legal advice.

Legal Representation

If legal representation is required, services may be provided by licensed attorneys through independent law firms.

Representation by an attorney requires a separate written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information
  • review all prepared forms before submission
  • respond to document requests promptly

Failure to provide accurate information may affect immigration outcomes.

Government Fees

Government filing fees, medical examination fees, and other third-party costs are separate from service fees and are the responsibility of the client.

No Guarantee of Approval

Immigrationservice.com does not guarantee approval of any immigration application, petition, or request.

Government agencies make final decisions on immigration cases.

Payment Terms

Service fees are due according to the payment structure agreed upon at the time services begin.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Fees paid for services already performed are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigrationservice.com LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from immigration decisions made by government agencies.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Immigrationservice.com LLC operates.
