What You’ll Do
- Review and approve all filings
- Provide legal strategy and guidance
- Communicate with clients on legal matters
- Represent clients (USCIS / EOIR, if applicable)
- Maintain full professional responsibility as attorney of record
Who This Is For
✅ Experienced Attorneys
- 1+ years in immigration law
- Comfortable handling cases independently
- Court experience is a strong plus
✅ Newer Attorneys (Structured Track Available)
- Licensed and in good standing
- Solid understanding of immigration fundamentals
- Willing to work within a structured system
- Open to supervision, feedback, and process discipline

Compensation
- Per-case or revenue share (based on experience and case type, but mostly 50/50)
- Consistent case flow available
- Higher volume available for attorneys who perform
